Simple Global Travel Data Connection for everyone!
Objective
Traveling often means facing high roaming costs, unreliable mobile connections, and the constant hunt for Wi-Fi. Zero1 2GO aims to simplify mobile data needs abroad with competitive Travel Data SIM services, available worldwide.
Userflow
1. Awareness:
Users learn about the travel data plan through ads, SEO, word of mouth or others.
2. Consideration:
Users visit the product pages, FAQs, and product information to compare plan options.
3. Decision:
Users select a plan and a delivery method (physical SIM or eSIM), then proceed to checkout.
4. Purchase:
Users complete payment and receive a confirmation email.
5. Fulfillment:
Users receive and install the SIM or eSIM, guided by clear instructions.
6. Post-Purchase Support:
Users access follow-up support and provide feedback if needed.
7. Advocacy:
Satisfied users leave reviews and refer others.
Wireframe
To guide the design and user experience from the initial concept, we crafted wireframes for each stage based on the previously drafted user flow.
Focusing on plan selection and payment, our wireframes incorporate user-centric design principles to ensure a smooth buying process. For instance, we integrated a 'Search bar' at the top of the selection page, allowing users to quickly find the specific country or region plan they need. This feature significantly enhances user convenience by eliminating the need to scroll through our extensive list of over 100 plans. This optimization ensures a more efficient and user-friendly experience, facilitating quicker decision-making and enhancing overall user satisfaction.

To drive maximum engagement and conversions, our campaign centered on creating visually persuasive content and compelling copywriting that directly resonated with our target audience—travel enthusiasts seeking reliable connectivity during their journeys. Our strategy focused on leveraging limited coupon redemptions with a significant value to instill urgency and excitement. This approach encouraged potential buyers to act swiftly during the flash sale, capitalizing on their interest and readiness to purchase the travel data SIM within this limited-time offer.
Adaptability across diverse channels
Crafting adaptable assets tailored for various digital platforms was pivotal. We meticulously optimised visuals and messaging to seamlessly fit the unique requirements of each channel. Leveraging our data insights, we strategically emphasized products with the highest search and purchase records. By adopting a consumer-centric approach, we simplified the redemption process, providing an easy and clear path for customers to enjoy the promotions. This strategy not only facilitated their access to offers but also ensured a consistent brand message across platforms, resulting in a mutually beneficial outcome—a win-win situation for both customers and the campaign's objectives.
